Glenn is an expert in development and construction process with an exceptional ability to appraise opportunities in good time and identify strategies for success from the outset, as well as manage risk. A solution driven leader with the knowhow to bring teams together and solve the most complex challenges, he is driven by achieving the best results possible and is widely respected across the industry for his tenacity and straight talking nature.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Glenn began his career working in private practice. He has delivered numerous high profile schemes across a range of sectors including hotels, leisure, industrial units, residential, healthcare and education. He was responsible for the redevelopment of Chesterfield Football Club Stadium in 2010, adding considerable value to the deal by achieving planning permission for housing on the redundant football ground site.
Glenn has worked on many development/land led Housing and Care sites such as Astbury Mere Care home in Congleton for Cannon Capital, Tarporley residential scheme with Stewart Milne and Woodgate care home in Tonbridge for Abbeyfield.

Brandon is our hotel specialist. He has been developing internationally branded hotels throughout the UK for the past 20 years, including Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Premier Inn and Travelodge. He has an enviable network of contacts in the hotel sector and knows instinctively what site locations are suitable for hotel use and specific hotel brands.
Brandon has strong relationships with a lot of the major funders in the hotel sector, including UK Institutions, Banks and Private Equity. He also has a good working relationship with many of the independent UK hotel operators including Interstate, RBH Hospitality, Kew Green Hotels, Tower Hotel Management and Castlebridge Hospitality.
Having successfully developed many hotels over the years, Brandon has a great network of specialist hotel consultants and contractors with a proven track record in the hotel sector. He is also well versed in the design review and approval process and design standards for the different hotel brands.
Brandon leads on hotel development projects from site acquisition and planning, then acting as the client’s representative throughout the construction process through to hotel opening and beyond.
